Our son has a new puppy----great pyrenees---one of our name choices is --PATOU----our grandkids wonder what PATOU means in french--cheers from colorado USA

Hello! I'm sorry but "Patou" doesn't mean anything in particular. It's a diminutive to say "Patricia", it's a name. But Patou is cute for a dog!
