'des' ou 'de'

Hi,

Which one is correct in this sentence, 'des' or 'de'?

On profite de la mer et des/de nombreuses petites îles.

You can say both but it doesn't have the same meaning.

With "des" you speak of all the small islands.

With "de" you speak of some of the islands.
