Hospitality / conviviality.

Unless you're talking about software. In that case, say user-friendliness ("an user-friendly interface").
Thank you so much . I am talking about CONVIVIALITE in the restaurant business and not about software.May we say Friendly contact ?
"hospitality" would probably fit the bill.

But let native English speakers speak up.
For me Hospitalite & Convivialite are a little bit different .I
must use both words for a seminaire and would like to find
the right translation for both words .May we say :
FRIENDLYNESS APPROACH TO YOUR CUSTOMER ?
Philippe-- almost, but there's actually a more succinct way to say it in English. You can talk about "customer-friendliness", or sometimes the expresssion "service with a smile" is used (althuogh it's a bit of a cliché). The adjective "customer-friendly" can be used to talk about "customer-friendly service" or a "customer-friendly approach".

In the case of a restaurant, you could also simply talk about a "friendly atmosphere" or a "welcoming atmosphere".

There are other more loose translations that are also better for other contexts. For example, if it was in an advertisement for your restaurant, where the ultimate aim was to convince more customers to come, you might talk about things such as a "cozy, family atmosphere".
