Communication with family in France

I am currently attempting a family tree and am having difficulty writing to possible family members in France. Is there anyone willing to help by translating for me?

No its pretty basic. The young lady I trying to communicate with doesn't speak or write any English and my Frech is OK for conversation but my writing ability is very limited. Thanks again.
