Hi,

Can anyone please tell me what is the correct way to capitalize the following:

1) Ingrédients: acide citrique.

or:

2) Ingrédients: Acide citrique.

More examples:

Ingrédients: arômes (or: Arômes?) naturels.

Ingrédients: cacao (or: Cacao?).

Thanks,

David

Hello

The first one is correct

Ingrédients : acide citrique.

There is no capital letter after ":"

except if the sentence after ":" is a quotation.

I might add you have to put a "space" before and after the ":", like Chantal did. The rules are different in french.
