Can anyone please help me understand this conversation

Hi!

Here is an audio file for which I have to answer four questions as homework. However, I am having trouble understanding exactly what they are talking about. I know that they are talking about Anne-Marie, that she has a new boyfriend but she is not easy to get along. I think the two women feel sorry for the guy? I s this right so far?

Here are the questions:

1. What is the relationship between the two women and Anne-Marie? If I understood it correctly, they knew each other from school.

2. What would Anne-Marie think if she heard this conversation? I'm guessing that she wouldn't be happy since they think that it is very hard to get along with her.

3. How long did Anne-Marie go out with her boyfriend before they announced their engagement? I think they announced it after 15 days.

4. What kind of qualities should Anne's fiance have? Patience, I'm guessing?

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me if I am right in these answers or if not, tell me in more detail what they are talking about! I listened to it 20 times and it's still to fast for me to understand everything. I would be very greatful if someone helped me out!

- Dis-moi, as-tu vu Anne-Marie ces derniers temps?

- Non. Pas depuis la soirée chez les Colin; ça fait bien 4 mois.

- Eh bien, figure-toi que c'est là qu'elle a rencontré son nouveau petit amis. Un garçon super. Un vrai coup de foudre, parait-il!

- Sans blague. Elle a rompu avec Jean-Yves alors? J'ai du mal à le croire. C'est étonnant,non?

- Ah, ça te surprend, toi aussi? Mais tu sais en fait, Anne-Marie a plutôt un sale caractère et il parait qu'ils se disputaient tout le temps.

- Et son nouvel amoureux alors? Il s'entend bien avec elle?

- C'est le grand amour. Rend-toi compte, au bout de quinze jours ils annonçaient leurs fiançailles. Et si tu voyais la bague qu'il lui a offerte; ils ont même fixé la date de leur mariage.

- Avec Anne-Marie et son caractère, il ferait aussi bien de fixer celle du divorce.

- Là, tu as raison. Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec toi. Enfin, qui vivra verra.
