are these phrases both correct?

1. On ne te remerciera jamais assez de m'avoir aider

2: One ne te jamais remerciera assez de toujours m'aider.

Grammatically both are correct?

(1) Is OK, although strictly "aider" would be spelt "aidé".

(2) Is a bit muddled as it stands. I think you mean something like "On ne te remerciera jamais assez de m'avoir toujours aidé". If you were trying to put "jamais" earlier on in the sentence, then you could put it at the very beginning, but not in the place you have it.

Merci beaucoup Neil. Very kind of you. I have just read the "The List of things you should not do while learning a foreign language" I find it is really true because I believe I have done the things that I should n't have done, example attempt to speak the language when you are not ready.

I have also made other mistakes, like not spending enough time listening to the spoken language.

Well, it's just like trying to play some music when you have never heard that music before, you read the music scores and attempt to play it. Normally you need to listen to the piece of music for quite a while to get use to the rythmn and the phases then after sometime you can attempt to play it. That was what my music teacher told me.
