Am I understanding this correctly?

Hello,

I know this is a forum where you normally ask for help about French language, but I actually need some native English speakers to confirm if I'm understanding the following sentence correctly or not. Thanks in advance.
The below mentioned open positions correspond all the time to our actual needs.
I've read this sentence on the website of a firm, in the "Jobs & opportunities" part. There are 3 engineering jobs written below it. This "all the time" sounds a bit weird to me. Does that mean that this firm is constantly looking for engineers? Does it mean that they will hire people at all times, that they always need more engineers? Or does it just mean that they're looking for engineers nowadays?...

IMHO, in this context, "all the time" means "always". This is the complete list of currently available positions, there's none that wouldn't be on the list, and none that would be on the list but that wouldn't be available. But I'm not a native speaker, so take it with a huge grain of salt.

Hmmm dodgy translation?
I think they mean "contiinually", "on an ongoing basis". I don't think "all the time" is very appropriate in this case (it's actually quite informal and pejorative, e.g. "He drinks all the time" effectively implies "He drinks too much").
Also, "correspond" isn't actually used that much in English with this meaning: "match", "represent" would be more natural

So, a more naturay version would be something like "We have a continual need for people to fill the following positions" or "...to fill the positions mentioned below".

You could juuust about say "the below-mentioned positions", but it's unnecessarily clumsy in my view.
