what does 'une salade nicoise" mean, please?

Hi Liyikun,

A "salade niçoise" is a traditional French salad, with black olives, tomatoes, eggs, potatoes, ...

Just look up "salade niçoise" (with a "i" not a "o") on Google Images. And bon appetit :)
