Well, Neil's web site is a good starting point: http://www.french-linguistics.co.uk/
If you install iTunes on your computer, there's also a couple of free podcasts that can help a lot (look for "français interactif", "learn French", "français facile" and "French podcast" for example).
You can also browse French web sites and join French chat rooms. Watching movies and shows can also help a lot.
If you want to learn French by yourself, there's no such thing like a single web site that will make wonders. You have to wisely use every possible resource, including, but not limited to, web sites.
