Recommended sites for French audiobooks/mp3s please.

Hello all

I'd be very grateful for any recommendations of sites where French audiobooks, mp3s, etc may be downloaded.

The main reason for this is that my car radio, which was almost permanently tuned to France Inter on 162 LW, has recently broken. I have replaced it with a new DAB radio and I now have lots of very clear English channels...but not one French one, which is really disappointing. I believe there is one French language DAB station broadcast from London, but I am too far away to pick that up unfortunately.

I don't know websites but France Inter has a website with a webradio : http://www.franceinter.fr/

You can listen this radio by internet. (I know this website can't replace your car radio :D)

As far as audiobooks are concerned you can try :

http://www.audible.fr/anon-home

The thing is that you'll only be able to listen to your audio-books on your computer (after downloading the audible software).

This is what I do : I buy the paper edition and the audio version...

You might encounter trouble to sign up on the French platform, if that's the case you can use a proxy and have your browser set in France that's how I did and it enabled me to register at audible.com in the USA !
