Need Help Please

I am in first year of French and my French teacher has given me several words to look up and then make sentences about in French. Some of these words have more than one word, and it is hard to find a site to translate. We do not have books that we take home. So please can someone translate these words and tell me if they are noun, adjective etc., and then please help me do a sentence in French using these words. I would appreciate your help very much!

pièce de resistance is a noun. But this is something I had never heard before. To top if off, googling for "pièce de resistance" only shows English references.

Are you sure the phrase isn't "plat de résistance", ie. the main course?

blase (also with a Z: blaze) means a signature or a nickname. It's a slang word, not vulgar, but mainly used by young people. It comes from the graffiti scene, but it's getting mainstream, especially on the Internet. But I'd be surprised if your French teacher was really asking you to use such a word, especially in your first year. Are you sure the word is "blase"?
Or maybe there is an accent (blasé)? In that case, it has the same meaning as in English, ie. bored, indifferent.
It would be the past participle of the verb "blaser".

petits fours. It's an adjective and a noun. It means small cakes, usually as appetizers. Doing a sentence should be a piece of cake (no pun intended). "Je mange des petits fours avant le plat de résistance".

Guuch isn't an existing French word... There must be a typo, although I fail to find what it could be.

Ennui is a noun. It means either trouble or boredom.
Trouble:
"Si tu roules trop vite, tu vas avoir des ennuis".
"L'ennui, c'est que les magasins sont fermés aujourd'hui"

Boredom
"Pour éviter l'ennui, il suffit d'avoir des amis"

But "ennui" with the meaning of "boredom" is rarely used. We would really use the verb instead ("s'ennuyer"). "ennui" is almost exclusively used to say "trouble", "problem".
