how to translate expression "let alone" ? can't find it in my dictionary:(

let alone  = sans parler de

 but you can translate it this way as well , according to your context

1- she can't walk , let alone run   =  elle ne peut meme pas marcher, alors encore moins courir

2- I wouldn't bear the smell of meat , let alone eating it = je ne supporte pas l'odure de la viande sans parler de le manger.

3- she wouldn't even talk to him , let alone marrying him = elle ne  parlerait meme pas avec lui, alors pour ce qui est de l'epouser .

 

i don't know if there are other possible ways of  translations

and i'm not sure if  my 2  is considered as a weak translation or not !!

No, au contraire, I suspect it's the most common way of saying it. (You could also emphasise with "sans parler même de...", I suppose.)
