At two fifteen we pride ourselves on producing our own range of charcutière items, sausages and breads. Yes, definitely.
The only doubt I had was the fact that there is charcutiere sauce, which I guess is short for sauce a la charcutiere? This would make the first instance a correct alternative to charcuterie? The second instance still would be incorrect.
A charcutiere would be a female pork-butcher. Sauces do tend to be female: forestiere (a mushroom gatherer), Hollandaise, Béarnaise....
