Interested in practicing French with a native speaker?

Hey folks, 

I've been wondering if it's possible to create a better experience for people to practice speaking using something like Skype or Google Hangouts. I have some ideas and I'd love to find some volunteers willing to help me test them out by spending 45 minutes or so having an online video conversation. I'm looking for people who speak some French and want to practice as well as native speakers.
