hello! i am doing my french home work but i dont really understand it, i have came up with a few sentences but i dont no how to say them correctly with the language i no, i am in year 8 and am doing my module 1, any help? how do you say..
later my mum went for a walk and my dad went to a football match. next weekend my grandma is coming round and we are going out for a meal. ? thanks!

Here's a translation:

Ensuite, ma mère est allée se promener et mon père est allé à un match de football.
Le week-end prochain, ma grand-mère vient nous voir et nous irons manger ensemble.
"We are going out for a meal" (or rather "we will be going out for a meal"?) could also be translated word-by-word as "nous sortirons pour manger".

"Nous irons manger ensemble" or "nous irons manger dehors" would be the most natural ways to say it (for a native speaker), but if this is for your homework, maybe use "nous sortirons pour manger" instead.
Just because it's for homework doesn't mean you have to use unnatural language!
