Wow, where did you find such a list, Frank ?!?! haha don't tell me you wrote it yourself, I wouldn't believe you ;-)
(It probably contains more than a dozen of words that I don't even know)

Oh, here is another one: "pelleu", a purely Swiss word for "pebble". That's the only one I could think of that was not already on the list :-)
Great, any more ?
Just noticed that "lieu" wasn't on the list.
As stated before, this is just a partial list with some random words I cherrypicked. I had to type it manually while looking at a dictionary (an electronic one, but without any way to copy/paste) and it was long and boring enough.
Hi Frank, I didn't mean you specifically, you have done more than enough - Thankyou.

My reqyest for any more was to others .......... thanks again.

However, I have had alot of trouble finding online translators that recognise most of those words, can anyone advise me of the online resources they use please.

:o)
That's not surprising-- some of these words are hugely rare (and there are a few of them that at this moment in time I have absolutely no conception of their meanings-- perhaps Frank when you get chance you might like to tell us what your dictionary says some of the more exotic ones mean?).
Sure, here are some.

Hi Frank,

It was really nice of you to suppy all this info.

Can you tell me how you zero-ed in on how to find words by their endings?
Just found a site that promises that one will be able to determine gender with endings.

It has become a new hobby for me to collect these words when I run across them -- but there must be a faster way.

mopsley
Just wait for my forthcoming new iPhone app :)
