J'ai une collègue japonaise. Elle a cet appareil pour les citoyens japonais qui habitent hors le Japon. Bien sur, il faut payer pour le service, mais c'est pour tous qui se l'interesse.

My job requires me to stay current on watching current events in the international French speaking community. Is there a company to subscribe or rent the set top box to receive the signal for French news/ media and programming?
