Chanson intime
A French marching song includes the lines
En écoutant le rythme
De la chanson intime
I think they are saying that they are listening to the rhythm of "la chanson intime". Intensive Googling gets some hits on "chanson intime", but nothing that reveals what its meaning might be. I'm guessing it might be one's heartbeat, but I have nothing to back it up
