By way of introduction...

I am a student, who is minoring in French at University. I am also a mom to a slew of great kids...in other words, I am an older student, but that only means I am far more dedicated! ;) I currently live in the US, but am hoping to move to the UK for my graduate studies in two years or so. 

French has always held a special place in my heart...I grew up on the border of Quebec, Canada, and my maternal great-grandmother spoke quite a bit of French, so I have been surrounded by the language since an early age. Along with Irish, it is the one language I have always wanted to become completely fluent in. 

There isn't much more to say about me...I am happy to "meet" everyone here!
