um a french sentence I have serious doubts about...

This is the phrase in question

"Le porte-parle des Affaires etrangeres japonaise a deconseille a ses ressortissants de voyager dans les pays a huts risques comme Afghanistan, Irak et Yemen."

I am especially having problems with the emboldened section...should that be

d'Affaires...japonais?

or

du ministere des affaires etrangeres japonais?

Merci beaucoup ^^

Yes, "du ministère des affaires étrangères japonais" is correct. Japonais refers to the "porte-parole" or maybe to the "ministère", but not to the "affaires".

Btw, the countries need a determiner: l'Afghanistan, l'Irak et le Yemen.
