Hi, I was just wondering if you guys could give me the proper french way to write down:
In french as I would love to get it as a quote on my arm for a tattoo but I am not clued up on french enough to know the right way to write it.
I want it writen the right way as I way to respect the langue as much as possible.
It's the proper way.
It's a quote from Jean Paul Sartre...
I know its a quote, was just wondering where capital letters ect would go :)
I can imagine that you know it's a quote. My answer was for Benoit who would like to perfect it.
Oh right sorry, Thanks very much by the way. :)
The only capital letter would be the "Q" in "quand." French isn't like German; it doesn't capitalize nouns that aren't proper names. Of course, you can always find the Satre quote in french and use his spelling.
