Hi,
I have a bio protocol in french, which I'm trying to understand.
The headings of the protocol usually start with "Simulation de...". I'm wondering does this really mean "simulation of something" or might it have a different meaning?
Example:
Simulation de l'action enzymatique de la lactase
Does it mean the following?
Simulation of the enzymatic effect/action of lactase
Thanks!

That seems quite clear to me.
I think it means a video of what they think this chemical reaction would look like if they were able to see it directly-which they can't (in detail anyway) because everything is too small (and fast).
I don't know if there are other meanings for simulation but maybe Didier Drogba does.....
Thanks a lot for your reply, George!
But it is very unlikely that simulation in this context means video. What follows after the headings "Simulation de..." are descriptions how to do certain experiments. "Video" as a translation of Simulation wouldn't make sense in this case...
Thanks!
Could it mean a diagram then?
