<p>Parce qu'on dit "il a ouvert la bouteille" là personne ne se trompe. Mais si on enchaine en disant "la bouteille qu'il a ....." on ajoute naturellement "ouvert" et pas ouverte" par correspondance avec "il a ouvert la bouteille"</p>
<p>Et donc la sonorité de la phrase "la bouteille qu'il a ouverte" est un peu bizarre et pas naturelle. Je pense que c'est à cause de cette habitude de dire "il a ouvert.... " dans les phrases simples.</p>
